what exactly are leaders?
people who would lead other people? people who are willing to take that first step instead of backing out like the others? people who have a responsibility over a group of other people? what exactly are they? and what exactly do they do? i mean, that was what was talked about today right?
Tim Lautzenheiser said " Leaders are not born; leaders are the product of a disciplined commitment to LEARNING, GROWING and BECOMING. Leadership is not something you do" leadership is something you are." well, it is true aint it? and i think that is what many people do not understand. Leaders are not people who just get chosen for the sake of being chosen or is the oldest therefore that person is chosen. Leaders are people who want to and have the discipline to want to learn, and who are willing to grow and who are willing to apply what they learn. I mean if people are not willing to use what they have learnt, willing to grow, willing to be taught, then they should not be leaders. isnt this true?
well basically, that is the whole point of what was spoken of today. and i guess that many people have to learn from this, even me. so yeah. thats basically it.
so back from school and i'm tired. haha:) but just to answer Ms Mardy's question, i wanna take Pure Biology, combined physics and chemistry, add mathematics and social studies and history. yeah....so thats it. and dont ask me why it is such a weird combination, the school made it like that. WEIRD SCHOOL? haha:) i'm gonna miss Amanda when she goes. for how long, i have no idea...haha:)
